We want you to be happy with your Muse piece. Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, return eligibility varies depending on the type of order.

Made-to-Order & Customized Items

All items that are made to order or customized specifically for you — including changes to dimensions, fabric, color, finish, material, or configuration — are generally not eligible for return or exchange once production has begun, except where the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or differs materially from your confirmed order, please contact us and our team will assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Natural Material Variations

Variations in natural materials such as wood, marble, travertine and other natural stone are not considered defects.

Differences in grain, veining, texture, pores, knots, tone, and color are part of the individual character of these materials and mean that every Muse piece may be slightly unique.
