Terms & Conditions

By accessing the Muse Interiors website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately. However, colors and finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Natural materials including wood, marble, travertine, and stone naturally vary in color, grain, texture, pattern, and veining. Such variations are part of the material and are not considered defects.

Measurements

Product dimensions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations may occur, particularly with handmade or upholstered products.

Customers are responsible for checking that products are suitable for their intended space and can access the delivery location.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and the order specifications have been approved where applicable.

For customized orders, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the specifications, dimensions, materials, colors, and finishes before production begins.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations to made-to-order or customized products may not be possible once production has commenced.

Where a requested change can be accommodated, additional costs and/or revised delivery timelines may apply.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

Muse reserves the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where both parties agree to a subsequent change in specifications.

Delivery

Delivery dates and lead times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for further information.

Returns

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Muse Interiors website, including photography, product designs, graphics, branding, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Muse Interiors and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
