At Muse, we take care to ensure that every piece reaches you safely and in the condition it was intended.

Delivery Areas

Muse delivers within Egypt. Delivery availability, fees, and timelines will vary depending on your location and the size and nature of your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated production and delivery is 4–6 weeks for standard furniture and 6–8 weeks for custom pieces, kitchens and wardrobes.

Because many of our pieces are made to order, estimated delivery times vary by product. An estimated lead time will be communicated and confirmed at the time of purchase or order confirmation.

Please note that lead times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by material availability, production requirements, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. In case of any significant delay, our team will contact you.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the order at the agreed delivery time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the item can reasonably access the property, including through entrances, elevators, staircases, corridors, and doorways.

Inspection

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies should be reported to our team as soon as possible, preferably at the time of delivery, with photographs where applicable.
